1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sanctus Mission platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Sanctus Mission is a Catholic commerce platform that connects buyers with Catholic artisans and religious communities. A portion of every purchase supports Catholic missions including monasteries, convents, parishes, and schools. The platform also provides fundraising tools for Catholic institutions.
3. Purchases & Payments
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Orders are subject to product availability. Revenue from each purchase is distributed according to our transparent two-track model: for fundraiser sales, $3/bag goes to the partner institution;\r\n for direct sales, $1.50/bag goes to the Catholic Mission Fund, with the remainder sustaining the platform.
4. Mission Partner Terms
Catholic institutions and artisans who partner with Sanctus Mission agree to provide accurate information about their community and products. Partner applications are reviewed manually. Sanctus Mission reserves the right to approve or decline any partner application. Partners receive payouts according to the agreed revenue split on a monthly basis.
5. Referral Program
Mission partners who refer other institutions earn secondary referral credits on purchases generated through their referral network. Referral bonuses are paid from the platform's 15% share and never reduce the referred institution's earnings.
6. Intellectual Property
The Sanctus Mission name, logo, and all original content on the platform are the property of Sanctus Mission. Product images, descriptions, and artisan content remain the property of their respective creators, with a license granted to Sanctus Mission for display on the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sanctus Mission provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
