Is there really no cost to get started?
None. Zero. The starter kit is free, shipping is free, and there are no monthly fees or minimums. We operate on a two-track model — we only make money when you make money. Your $3/bag is a fixed amount with no surprises.
How does the QR code work?
Each QR code is unique to your institution. When someone scans it with their phone camera, they're taken directly to your branded storefront on sanctusmission.com. They can browse all three roasts, place an order, and the coffee ships directly to their door. The revenue is automatically tracked and attributed to your institution.
Do I need to handle any inventory or shipping?
Absolutely not. The coffee is roasted by our Benedictine monastery partners and shipped directly from our fulfillment center. You never touch a single bag. Your only role is sharing the QR code with your community.
Can I track my fundraising progress?
Yes! Every partner gets a real-time dashboard showing total orders, revenue earned, number of unique supporters, and mission funding progress. You can download reports for your finance council or board at any time.
What if I need more sample bags or QR code cards?
You can reorder from your partner dashboard anytime. Additional starter kits are free for active partners. Many of our most successful partners keep a permanent display in their lobby or parish hall.
Can I choose which mission the 20% supports?
Yes. When you set up your fundraiser, you can choose from any active mission on the platform — or you can designate the 20% to go toward your own institution's specific mission campaign.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are automatic and monthly via direct deposit. You'll receive your $3/bag earnings from all sales attributed to your QR code from the previous month. The first payout arrives approximately 30 days after your first sale.
