New Chapel Construction
Carmelite Monastery of the Sacred Heart · Rural Wisconsin
Funding a new chapel for cloistered Carmelite nuns who have worshipped in a converted farmhouse for thirty years.
The Carmelite sisters live a life of hidden prayer and sacrifice behind their monastery walls. For thirty years, they have offered their prayers for the Church and the world from a small, makeshift chapel in what was once a farmhouse parlor. Their dream of a proper chapel — one where the Blessed Sacrament can be worthily enthroned — is now within reach. With hand-carved wooden pews from a local Catholic craftsman and stained glass depicting St. Teresa of Ávila, this chapel will become a sanctuary of perpetual adoration.
