Our Purpose
The Mission
to revive the monastic tradition of sacred work, sustaining prayer, craft, and charity.
A Mission Rooted in Sacred Work
For centuries, monasteries sustained prayer and charity through faithful labor—
farming, baking, brewing, and craft offered to God.
Sanctus Mission exists to renew that tradition today by connecting patrons
with communities devoted to sacred work, helping sustain prayer,
formation, and works of mercy.
Prayer
Supporting the daily rhythm of prayer that anchors monastic life and sustains the Church.
Sacred Craft
Handmade goods created with reverence—coffee, food, and craft— offered as work done unto God.
Formation
Preserving wisdom, discipline, and tradition through communities formed in faith and labor.
Works of Mercy
Helping fund hospitality, charity, and service carried out quietly and faithfully.
Prayer
At the heart of monastic life is prayer. Your participation helps sustain the daily rhythm of prayer offered for the Church and the world.
Sacred Work
Through honest labor—craft, food, and goods made with care—communities support their vocation and offer their work to God.
Charity & Formation
Support helps fund hospitality, formation, and works of mercy, ensuring this way of life continues for future generations.
Join The Work
The monastic tradition has always been sustained by many hands—some laboring, some praying, some giving quietly.
If this mission resonates with you, we welcome your participation.
